The practices of yoga have allowed me to get to know my body and self again.

I have an experience of recurrent, complex physical and emotional trauma from a young age. I have had serious road accidents, sports injuries, the still-birth of my baby Elvis, recurrent miscarriages, auto-immune diseases, experiences of addictions and self-neglect.

These experiences led me to a journey of self-learning and healing, shaping the way I now live my life.

I discovered the joy and healing power of Hot Yoga in my late-20s, following on from this I went onto discover the support Transcendental Meditation, somatic movement, women's circles, Chiropractic treatment, sound healing and IFS Internal Family Systems Therapy could offer alongside my yoga practice.

'it is through the flow that we may discover a little bit more of who we are. So maybe we'll let go of that need for the right answers and exact rules and embrace the divine feminine work of intuition, feeling and compassion'

Sarah Robinson

I now focus on helping people better process trauma, manage the curveballs life throws at us, heal and grow by finding confidence and safety in our beings again.

Trauma informed yoga can support mental and physical well being

My qualifications

It's so important to ensure that your yoga teacher is qualified to the industry standard as a bare minimum (200 HR training with 2-3 years personal practice is the minimum industry standard) as you are putting your health, body and safety in their hands.

Yoga teaching isn't a formally governed profession, this means anyone can set up a yoga class and start teaching regardless of their training or experience. In many fitness settings a 20 HR CPD is all that is requested. There's a huge variation in the skill and training of teachers.

Please ask your teacher their qualifications & insurance information.

You can find an overview of my details below.

Hot Yoga, Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Mindfulness Meditation, Yoga Nidra and Circle Holding

Trauma Resilience Embodied Yoga & Social Impact
Supporting Mental Health in Pregnancy and Postpartum
Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise (currently training)

The classes are here for guidance, support and connection so we are all better equipped to navigate the ups and downs of life through a toolkit including mind, movement and breath.

It's all about exploring the mind, body and balance of feminine and masculine energy connection that supports our soul’s purpose. Working with ALL the incredible elements of ourselves, I believe we can better process trauma, heal and grow beyond life’s inevitable challenges, and ultimately realise the full potential of our mind-body experiences.

Earth Circle offerings are a safe space to support and empower us all.
