Our Classes

Here at Earth Circle, you'll find a space to explore mind, movement and breath with openness, kindness and curiosity. 

You'll find a safe, compassionate environment to learn about your whole self, find a moment to slow down, put yourself first and listen to your intuition.

Women's Mind, Movement, Breath Yoga Class

For: Women of all ages (under 16s may attend if accompanied by an adult)

When: Weekly in person class

One hour just for you to move through a slow Hatha Flow Yoga to support strength & flexibility, move intuitively, explore simple breathing practices, mindfulness and deep relaxation with the aim or supporting your body and mind, and releasing stress. 

Through movement we can build strength & flexibility in the physical body while also learning how to acknowledge emotions in the mind through stillness & mindfulness relaxation practices.

 

Sometimes when we are caught in the rush of life, our roles and responsibilities, we can lose sense of our true needs. Take this time to listen and connect.

Move, Release & Relax Special Yoga Class

For: Anyone
When: Special Class (check timetable for next dates)

In this special extended class you will experience the benefits of a strong hatha flow, with optional vinyasa's to build strength and flexibility and create heat in the body for the first 45mins. Building the yoga sequence towards a master posture, which can be explored through the use of props, walls & optional teacher assistance.

The second half of the class will be 30mins of Yin Yoga, deep stretching to support and massage the muscles we have just worked, using longer held postures with props to support the deeper connective tissues of the body and the joints using breath work.

There will then be 15mins for a yoga nidra (yogic sleep) practice in a supported comfortable restorative posture to fully release and enter that dream like state between sleeping and being awake. An extended dream Savasana to soke up all the benefits of this beneficial practice. 

Ending with 30mins for tea & cake, journal questions & closing sharing circle 

A beautiful practice to bring awareness to the different energies of the mind, body, soul, so what we practice on our mats can support us through the waves of life.
 

Deep Release Yoga 

For: Anyone
When: Special class (check the timetable for next dates)

A special 2hour class blending deeply releasing Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra & Meditation techniques plus sharing circle. 

We journey into Yin Yoga experiencing long held poses supported with props like yoga bolsters, cushions, blankets, straps and blocks to settle in comfortably whilst we find stillness, go inwards and focus on our breath releasing your body physically and nourishing your mind too. 

At the end you will experience Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep) & using meditation techniques that gently focus the mind to enter a deeper state of relaxation, the space between being asleep and awake, a dream like state (or you may fall asleep & that is also all ok)- all you have to do is listen to my gentle guidance or simply just lie down and pretend your on the beach.

We finish with journaling about your experience & a Sharing Circle, tea and a treat. 

Seasonal Retreats

For: Anyone

When: Seasonal basis (check the timetable for next dates)

Seasonal Retreats are mindfully created, taking inspiration from the current season's energy, philosophy of yogic wisdom and ancient teachings. 

 

Retreats can include Mindful Slow Hatha Flow Yoga or a stronger Stronger Hatha Flow, Yin Yoga for deep stretching, seasonally inspired food plus time for talking, mindful walks, somatic movement, deep relaxation, sound, sharing circles and prayer.

 

Seasonal retreats allow us the time to show up as we are, connecting with the energy of the season, take time out of our busy lives to be our ourselves for a day without the burden of roles or responsibilities.

1-2-1 Somatic Movement & Coaching Sessions

These somatic movement & coaching sessions acknowledge your unique needs, and help you to create your own toolbox of practices to support you. 

Sessions are tailored to your needs, whether you're looking for support managing muscle imbalances or tension from injury or trauma, stress and anxiety for any reason, postnatal mind and body recovery. 

 

We will use various practices of compassionate listening and mind, movement, breath work inspired from yoga, somatic movement and coaching to explore the mind, body and soul connection finding the power within yourself to support your healing.
